ReNotify

Terms of Use

Effective date: 11 August 2026

These terms apply to the use of the ReNotify Android app. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. What ReNotify does

ReNotify stores incoming notifications locally on your device and lets you view, search, resend, and schedule them. Whether a notification can be recorded depends on your device, system settings, and battery management. ReNotify does not guarantee that every notification is captured or redelivered. Do not rely on the app for critical, time-sensitive, or safety-relevant information.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. ReNotify Pro

"ReNotify Pro" is an optional one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored on new devices via "Restore purchase".

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent the purchase mechanism, or use recorded notification content in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

5. Third-party trademarks

App names and icons shown inside ReNotify (e.g. of apps that posted notifications) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, any warranty is excluded and liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Contact and governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Contact: mahere@appxpose.app
